TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF MY SOLLY
- Your mobile number is your unique Allen Solly membership number. Membership is not transferable and membership facilities/benefits can be availed of by the member alone
- Membership benefits are valid for shopping at exclusive Allen Solly outlets only and are not valid for shopping outside India and in non-exclusive showrooms. For the complete list of exclusive Allen Solly stores, please visit: https://allensolly.abfrl.in/storelocator
- By enrolling into Allen Solly Loyalty Program, a member consents to receive the information and communication from Allen Solly
- The loyalty points can’t be clubbed with any other offer or discount whatsoever
- The points earned through a transaction can be redeemed only in the subsequent transactions
- Allen Solly reserves the right to revise/withdraw any of the benefits/facilities pertaining to Loyalty Program membership, as well as the terms and conditions governing the program at its sole discretion, at any time without prior intimation to the members
- Allen Solly reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer without assigning any reason or providing any intimation
- Each Allen Solly membership point equals INR 0.5 when redeemed. The validity of the points earned on purchases is one year only
- Maximum points redeemable in a single transaction are 5000 points
- A maximum of up to 99% of the bill value can be redeemed through Loyalty points.
- Redemption of points can be done on full price merchandise only
- Redemption can be done only by presenting the validation code sent to your registered mobile number while billing. The member will need to be physically present at the store for redeeming the loyalty points
- The member shall be responsible for providing and updating his/her mobile number at the time of enrolment and subsequently
- Loyalty points once spent against a purchase invoice can’t be re-credited or reversed
- In case the loyalty points of a customer are misused, Allen Solly would not be responsible or liable in any manner
- In case a customer wishes to unsubscribe from receiving communication from Allen Solly, he/ she can exercise any of the below options: Giving a missed call to +918067006943, or writing in to our helpdesk at my-solly@allensolly.com or by requesting the Store Manager at any Allen Solly exclusive store
- Allen Solly will endeavour to keep member information confidential; however, Allen Solly is entitled to share any such information
- The courts in Bangalore only, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and determine any or all disputes, arising out of or in relation to this program
Allen Solly Loyalty Program Tier Structure
Silver tier:
- Earn 3 points per INR 100 spent at an Allen Solly exclusive store anywhere in India
- To be eligible for the Silver tier, you’d need to make a single bill at an Allen Solly exclusive store anywhere in India
- Upgrade to the Gold or Platinum tier can be done by making a cumulative purchase of INR 5,000 or INR 15,000 respectively, from the date of enrolment
Gold Tier:
- Earn 6 points per INR 100 spent at an Allen Solly exclusive store anywhere in India
- To be eligible for the Gold tier, you’d need to make a cumulative purchase of INR 5,000 from the date of enrolment
- Upgrade to the Platinum tier by making a cumulative purchase of INR 15,000 from the date of enrolment
Platinum Tier:
- Earn 9 points per INR 100 spent at an Allen Solly exclusive store anywhere in India
- To be eligible for the Platinum tier, you’d need to make a cumulative purchase of INR 15,000 from the date of enrolment
